Love you, Tim. You've been my savior. The only thing that brings any peace to my heart. It's been 20 years now and I still get the same feeling I did the first time I heard you sing. Angels walk amongst us, and you're living proof.

I went to this show with my wife when she was pregnant with our first child. I was looking for some of his acoustic songs, and to instantly see this, before playing, seeing the first frame, I was instantly back there. Every detail, getting out late and locked out of the parking garage and running across SF in the middle of the night to catch last bart train home at 1am. We were upstairs slightly further back on the same side. Thanks, that was incredible to see, words can't express it fully.

the song is just perfect and I'll never forget the moment I've heard it live - sung by about 50.000 people, but this version tops it all. i've never been to war, but I can feel into the song...as for this version I had to cry without even thinking about any of the situations mentioned in the song. I just cried. It's so beautiful! :)

I really hope one day that Tim will release a solo acoustic album. This is just beautiful.
